The data material has been anonymized and therefore, this information is no longer retrievable (N=541 out of 728 respondents who answered the survey by paper). / NO: As source code, the Norwegian standard classification of occupations 2008 (STYRK-08) - based on the International Standard Classification of Occupations 2008 (ISCO-08) - has been used. / NZ: Asked as free text and coded manually to ISCO08. / SR: Open question, verbatim answers were coded into ISCO88, then transferred into ISCO08. / US: The US data capture all spouse variables regardless of habitation status. In contrast, the US data only capture the variables of cohabiting partners, but not information from non-cohabiting partners. / US: US Census 2010 codes recoded to ISCO08.
