    / ES: CODE 5 (Spanish original code 10) SHOULD SAY: PERMANENT LEAVE OF ABSENCE OR PERMANENTLY DISABLED. As it is ('leave of absence for sickness or permanently disabled'), it puts together those who are out of work because of a temporary absence for sickness and those permanently disabled. Therefore, there may be working people who are classified as nonworking by mistake.
