employees with mid-range and higher qualification. Attitudes, interests
and reading habits.
Topics: 1. Education, occupation and function: status in profession;
length of employment; part-time or full-time employment; school
education and professional training; education areas; college
education; academic degree; academic and non-academic occupations
studied, with or without degree; leadership duties and management
activities; duties in office and management; activities primarily
conducted; range of control; personal office; personal use of technical
equipment and computers for office communication and control of
production; knowledge of foreign languages; measures for further
education completed; seminars and courses; further education specific
to field; further education for higher qualification; schooling within
the company; interest in measures for further education; activity as
instructor; secondary activities; honorary activities; memberships in
organizations, associations, clubs or parties; time worked each week;

interest in politics and society, such as e.g. national politics,
