Note:
/ CH: Self-employed without employees were filtered online and correction for the respondents of the paper questionnaire version were done a posteriori. Self-employed respondents without employees were recoded to code 2 'No' in WRKSUP in hindsight. / FR: Respondents working for their own family's business were not asked if they supervise anyone.
