Note:
/ CH: TYPORG2 was filtered by mistake for self-employed respondents and those working for their own family business, this means that the question on TYPORG2 was asked only to employees (code 1 in EMPREL) instead of to all who have/ ever had a job. Self-employed and respondents working for their own family's business were recoded on 'Private employer' in TYPORG2 a posteriori. / DK: The data generated with the question documented above was used to generate both EMPREL and TYPORG2. / FR: 'Works for government or local communities' and 'Works for publicly owned firm' are encoded to code 1 'Public'. 'Works for an association, a mutual company or a cooperative', 'Works for a private firm', 'Self-employed' and 'Works for family's business' are encoded to code 2 'Private'. / GB-GBN: The data includes self-employed as private. / NZ: Code 1 includes 'Public sector organisation, e.g. government department, local authority, state-owned enterprise'. Code 2 includes 'Overseas-owned private sector company or firm' and 'NZ-owned private sector company or firm'. / RU: EMPREL (without number of employees), TYPORG1 and TYPORG2 are derived from the same question. / TW: EMPREL, TYPORG1 and TYPORG2 were derived from the same question.
