/ BG: The design of the TOPBOT scale in the Bulgarian questionnaire differed (the highest category 'Top' was assigned to the lowest value '1' and the lowest category 'Bottom' to the highest value '10'). It has been a posteriori reversed and recoded to meet the ISSP standard. / US: The response scale was coded the other way around. Answers have been recoded to meet the ISSP standard.
