    / CZ: Monthly net income in Czech crowns (CZK); midpoints of the income categories are coded. In case a respondent lives alone (HOMPOP=1), the question about household income (CZ_INC) could be skipped. In that case, the information given for CZ_RINC was taken over for CZ_INC in the data. If a respondent answered the open-ended question rather than the categorical question for CZ_RINC, then that information was carried over to CZ_INC. As a result, CZ_INC contains both categorical and continuous information.
