    / CZ: ISCO08 was coded from three text variables describing the job. Some jobs were coded using 5-digit extended CZ-ISCO, see https://www.czso.cz/csu/czso/klasifikace_zamestnani_-cz_isco-. Recoding into 4-digit ISCO-08 (unit groups) was made where necessary.
    / DE: Constructed from respondent's current occupation. If respondent currently not employed or part time employed but employed in the past, then the last occupation taken.
    / ES: The Spanish questionnaire for ISSP 2018 includes an instruction for interviewers to make this question refer to the main wage earner in the household if the respondent has never worked (3 in WORK). These data are not included here.
