Note:
/ JP: Respondent's sex can be known also from the sampling frame. / NO: Item non-response replaced by data from Central Register of Persons. / NZ: Although the respondent's sex was fielded directly from the questionnaire, there were a few missing answers (n=48) from the questionnaire answers. Therefore the sex from the initial sampling information of the electoral roll (gender) was used instead. The variable was included based on a match of respondent ID.
