    This variable has been built by the archive to uniquely identify cases in the cumulated dataset.
    It consists of the variables year_sdno (4 characters), c_sample (5 characters) and the original caseid (8 characters). If c_sample or caseid had fewer characters than the target variable, leading zeroes have been added to fill up to the according number of characters.
    In 2013 the variable already was built in that way, however countries used different standards. We therefore took the last seven characters of the caseid and implemented it in the cumulation standard.
