THE NEXT QUESTIONS DEAL WITH THE WORK SITUATION OF YOUR SPOUSE/PARTNER. BY WORK WE MEAN DOING INCOME-PRODUCING WORK, AS AN EMPLOYEE, SELF-EMPLOYED OR WORKING FOR HIS/HER OWN FAMILY’S BUSINESS, FOR AT LEAST ONE HOUR PER WEEK. IF HE/SHE TEMPORARILY IS NOT WORKING FOR PAY BECAUSE OF TEMPORARY ILLNESS/PARENTAL LEAVE/VACATION/STRIKE, ETC., PLEASE REFER TO HIS/HER NORMAL WORK SITUATION.
