Household cycle - Household composition
AT: How many persons - including yourself - live in your household? How many persons in your household are children under 18 years of age? AU: How many people live in your house (including yourself)? (If more than one person) Thinking about the people OTHER THAN YOURSELF who live in your house, please tell us how old each person is and cross the option that describes your relationship with each of them. CZ: How many members including yourself are there in your household? As household we understand individuals residing in one apartment or family house, who together financially manage the household. /IT: For variable HHCYCLE 1 person has been added to account for respondent (adult/ child) and 2 persons in case respondent lives with spouse/ partner. /VE: Obviously, the second information on children between 7 and 17 years is omitted during the data processing by the prinicpal investigator.

ISSP Social Inequality modules mainly deal with issues, such as attitudes towards income inequality, views on earnings and incomes, legitimation of inequality, career advancement by means of family background and networks, social cleavages and conflict among groups, and the current and past social position.
