    In 1992 and from 2000 to 2018, this question was part of the ISSP-modules surveyed together with ALLBUS. As a rule ISSP-questions are not included in this cumulative data set. However, because the question documented here has also been part of the ALLBUS-interview several times, the ISSP-data was included in this data set. Please note that, in contrast to the ALLBUS interview, the ISSP-modules are surveyed as self-completion questionnaires.

  • The German General Social Survey (ALLBUS) collects up-to-date data on attitudes, behavior, and social structure in Germany. Every two years since 1980 a representative cross section of the population is surveyed using both constant and variable questions.
