?:comment	Der Datensatz ist das Ergebnis der Befragung eines Panels. Die erste Befragung fand 48 Stunden vor der ersten und die zweite 24 Stunden vor der zweiten Wahlrunde statt. Die dritte Befragung fand nach der Wahl statt, ist jedoch nicht Bestandteil des Datensatzes. Der Datensatz sollte gewichtet werden. Auf Basis der Wahlendergebnisse und der Wahlbeteiligung wurde das Gewicht VAHA1 konstruiert. Vergleichbare Wahlstudien aus der Tschechischen Republik sind unter den ZA-Studien-Nrn. 3123-3126 archiviert. Wahlstudien aus dem Projekt "Founding Elections in Eastern Europe" (H.-D.Klingemann, Wissenschaftszentrum Berlin, WZB, gefördert von der Fritz Thyssen Stiftung) sind unter den ZA-Nrn.: 2465-2469, 2465-2469, 2485-2488, 2560-2562, 2811-2819, 2901-2912, 3053-3057, 3175-3176 und 3631-3633 archiviert. First survey was fielded during the period of 48 hours before the first round of election for the Senate of the Parliament of the Czech Republic in 1996, second survey was conducted during the period of 24 hours before the second round. The results were aired on Czech TV as a part of electoral news. After the election the research continued in a third survey of the same panel of respondents. Its data are not included to the file. The data should be weighted. Weighting variable VAHA1 was constructed on the bases of the official results and participation in elections. Comparable election studies from the Czech Republic are archived under the ZA Study-Nos. ZA3123-ZA3126. Election studies of the project "Founding Elections in Eastern Europe" (H.-D.
