?:about
?:abstract
  • The code/syntax includes the data retrieval and describes the quantitative analysis presented in the named reference. For our analysis, we use data (v4.0) from the 2010 and 2014 waves of the “Panel on Household Finances” (PHF). We explore the relationship between subjective well-being (SWB), income, household wealth, and its components. Additionally, we explore the significance of one's wealth relative to others' for SWB. We perform panel OLS regressions using individual fixed effects on the balanced panel. We have also carried out numerous robustness checks, which can also be found in the code. (xsd:string)
