Compilation of these data allowed to confirm moderate to high protection score (UScore 0.5-10) for ∼35 sites reported by two previous studies, and out of 14 sites reported to be common between two published datasets, HydraPsiSeq confirmed high protection level at two positions (Figure 4A).
