Here, we report an all-glass microfluidic device that, in contrast to the more commonly used polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS), does not exhibit solvent permeability [7] or autofluorescence [8], and is therefore compatible with whole-brain in vivo imaging via light-sheet microscopy.
