We administered an anastrozole dose of 0.5 mg/kg per day or 0.125 mg/animal/day based on studies by Kubatka et al [22]. and Sadlonova et al [18]., who observed that a dose of 0.5 mg/kg administered to rats is similar to a daily clinical dose of 1 mg in postmenopausal women with breast cancer.
