The lack of Ki67 reduction by trastuzumab in xenografts is in line with data obtained in the MMTV/HER2 model [46] and in HER2-positive locally advanced BCs from patients treated with neoadjuvant trastuzumab [47], in which Ki67 is not modified by trastuzumab treatment.
