After extensive washing with phosphate-buffered saline with Tween-20 for 3 times of 15 mins, the membranes were incubated with goat anti-rabbit or goat anti-mouse horseradish peroxidase-conjugated secondary antibody (1:5000; Santa Cruz, Dallas, TX, USA) for 1 hr at room temperature.
