To validate the differential expression analysis of RNA-seq data, 14 genes including HK2, ISG15, NPM3, OASL, PNP, UPP1, AGR2, ANKA4, SLC40A1, APOA1, APOC3, ENTPD5, EPHX1, and GDPD2 were selected to detect their expression differences between the infected and control groups using qRT-PCR (Figure 3).
