The seven process evaluations were from low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) that had either completed or nearly completed their process evaluations including Fiji and Samoa, South Africa, Kenya, Peru, India, Sri Lanka, Tanzania and indigenous communities in Canada, (Table [1]).
