Biochemical analysis of PrP from the RIII to RIII subpassage showed the same glycoprofile between MV, MM (CNS) and MM with a dominant di-glycosylated fragment of ∼30 kDa and an unglycosylated band of 20 kDa similar to that of the type 2B glycoprofile observed from vCJD human brain tissue (Fig. 6A, Supplementary 1).
