This retrospective cohort included children who had been born at less than 29 weeks gestation, between April 1st 2009 and March 31st 2011; had been seen at our regional quaternary care facility at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario (CHEO), Ottawa, Canada neonatal follow-up (NNFU) clinic for their 18 months assessment.
