The second independent validation cohort included 35 healthy controls, 27 PDND patients, and 66 PDD patients, all neuropathologically confirmed cases selected by the Arizona Parkinson's Disease Consortium National Brain and Tissue Resource for Parkinson's Disease and Related Disorders.
