The following model was formulated: Logit(pt)=μ0+α1×micet+α2×micet−1 Log(ratet)=ζ0+δ1×micet+δ2×micet−1 We used R to estimate the models with the function “glm”, which used the iteratively weighted least squares method in order to fit the model and get the parameter estimation.
