CB proteolytic activity was measured in 5637 and T24 BC cells at 1, 3, 6 and 12 h after sorafenib (20 μM) treatment following the protocol described by Tchoupe and coworkers using the fluorogenic peptide Z-Arg-Arg-AMC at a final concentration of 50 μM.
