The effect of sorafenib/perifosine drug combination in T24 BC cells, does not depend on the ability of perifosine to directly stimulate the apoptosis, but also to increase the CB activation by inducing dephosphorylation and activation of CB, thus sensitizing BC cells to sorafenib-induced apoptosis.
