This measure is a modification of the Rand Index (RI) [53], that is expressed as the fraction of vertex pairs that are consistent: a vertex pair is consistent between two partitions if either (a) the vertex pair is within the same group in both partitions, or (b) the vertex pair is split between two groups in both partitions.
