The fractional activity (velocity of enzyme with Sc-SRP-6/velocity of enzyme without Sc-SRP-6) was plotted against the ratio of serpin/enzyme concentrations, and the x-axis intercept as a value for the stoichiometry of inhibition (SI) was determined by linear regression analysis.
