The full-length cDNA was produced by rapid amplification of cDNA ends (RACE) using the SMART RACE cDNA Amplification Kit (Clontech-Takara) with the SRP-5′ primer (5′-TAG AAG CGA CCG TCT TGG GTG-3′) to isolate the 5′ end and an oligo-d(T)20 and SRP-3′ primer (5′-TTC CCG AAG AGT GAG ACC-3′) to isolate the 3′ end.
