All the experimental protocol and animal care was approved by the ethical committee of the Defence Institute of Physiology and Allied Sciences (27/1999/CPCSEA) in accordance with the guidelines of “Committee for the Purpose of Control and Supervision of Experiments on Animals” of Govt. of India.
