Amplifications were performed in thermal cycler VWR Unocycler using one activation step (94°C for 4 min) followed by 40 cycles (94°C for 30 sec, 50–58.7°C (depending on the primers, Table S3) for 60 sec, and finally 72°C for 90 sec) with a final extension step at 72°C for 10 min.
