First strand cDNA for qPCR was made with Fermentas (St. Leon-Rot, Germany) RevertAid Reverse Transcriptase, using 10 mM dNTPs, RiboLock nuclease inhibitor, and oligo(dT)18 primer (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Freemont, CA, USA), according to the manufacturer's protocol.
