No significant correlations were found, and additionally the majority of the QTL discovered in this cross (7 of 11) all go in the expected direction, i.e. alleles of greater effect come from the WL, not RJF, line (with one of the three transgressive QTL also corroborated as transgressive in the other crosses as well).
