Scotopic ERG responses were recorded by stimulating the retina with light intensities between 10 and 10 cd·s·m for the scotopic threshold response (STR), between 10 and 10 cd·s·m for the rod response, and between 10 and 10 cd·s·m for the mixed (rod and cone) response.
