Similarly, significant reductions were seen in the a- and b-wave amplitudes over the same period: a-waves were 72%, 69%, 58%, and 45% of their baseline at 1, 8, 14, and 28 days, and b-waves were 72% 66%, 66%, and 55% of their baseline at 1, 8, 14, and 28 days, respectively (t-test, p<0.001) (Figure 2, Figure 4B).
