Insufficient regulation in the environmental law of Russia and Egypt of the regulatory regulation of compensation for harm resulting from a negative impact on water bodies has been identified. The high importance of environmental law enforcement bodies of Russia and Egypt for supervision is noted, however, their activities are limited to issues of material compensation for damage to water bodies. In Egypt, unlike Russia, organizational and legal structures and insurance funds have been created, the activities of which are aimed at financing the restoration of water bodies. (xsd:string)
