?:abstract
  • "Offering and guaranteeing modern services on the labour market" - this is the defined goal of labour market reforms over the past years. In this publication the mediation and consultancy services of agencies and basic security offices are analysed extensively and with a practical orientation. On the basis of observed case studies, interviews and case-specific documents the following questions are investigated: What are the relevant characteristics of interaction processes between specialists and clients in mediation talks? What is the situation regarding customer orientation and customer involvement? How important is the challenging activation with regards to mediation and support activities? Which roles do involvement agreements play? What constitutes good consultancy? The authors provide a complex diagnosis of the mediation and consultancy work and reveal clear approaches to improve these service processes further in the future. (xsd:string)
