?:about
?:abstract
  • The study is a response to: (a) the problem of growing pluralism and disorder of private law principles; (b) the problem of a uniform methodological basis of the formation of a set of private law principles. The study attempts: (a) to simplify the methodological approach to principles of private law; (b) to allow a better orientation in the structure of the principles; (c) to arrange the existing private law principles into a functional system. Using a procedurally genetic paradigm and the dialectical method, it aims to formulate a system based on fundamental values originating in the roots of the private law regulation. (xsd:string)
