?:abstract
  • Since 1989, the German-Czech relationship has been burdened by the problem of a just assessment of WWII & the subsequent forced transfer of the Sudeten Germans from Czechoslovakia. Here, it is explored why democrats on both sides, who acknowledge the same values & principles, are unable to reach an agreement about these crucial events. The political & legal differences imply a moral dissent that is not being discussed systematically. The deficits of the moral arguments on both sides are addressed. (xsd:string)
