  • The findings from the project "ProfilPASS in the Industry" formed the basis for a manual for ProfilPASS counsellors, who wish to expand their services to companies. The starting point is the development of close co-operations with HR officers. The counsellors learn step by step how to use ProfilPASS in companies in an effort to bring to light hidden competence potential in employees in close collaboration with HR officers. The result is a comprehensive competence profile, which forms the basis for vocational further development, workplace changes, as preparation for performance reviews or for the formulation of personal career goals.
