?:abstract
  • "In recent years there has been an increase in institutional ethics which is mainly based on the homo economicus idea. Without individual ethics, however, the effect of business ethics is inferior. Countess Marion Dönhoff, the aristocratic, which passed away lately and which stems from one of the oldest genders of East Prussia (Ostpreußen), merged charismatic leadership and ethics closely with each other. The article is a thought experiment based on bio- and bibliographical documents. Managers find out something about corporate citizenship and moral leadership." (author's abstract) (xsd:string)
