?:abstract
  • This study investigates the future retirement incomes of today's insured individuals in the context of the three-tier model and the resulting replacement rates within their individual pension paths. Comprehensive analysis of the entire old-age security system is crucial for conducting informed pension policy debates and deriving practical solutions. The findings suggest that individuals solely reliant on basic first-tier pensions can expect an average retirement income of 48 percent of their last gross income. However, with additional provision made in the second tier, the insured individuals can expect a higher replacement rate of 63.1 percent. Furthermore, individuals who have claims in all three tiers can expect a more robust replacement rate of 82.1 percent. (xsd:string)
