  • This article offers an interpretation of data on the work orientations of Italians. The data used are taken from the latest survey carried out by the European Values Study, supplemented with other information specific to the Italian job market, which may aid understanding of the situation in that country. These extrinsic and intrinsic work orientations are analysed in light of the main changes that have taken place in Italy’s labour market. (xsd:string)
