The role of religion is rarely acknowledged by economists; although, some studies have already shown its importance for economic development and the body of research is growing. Among other outcomes, previous research has provided some evidence that religiosity matters in the process of formation of economic attitudes, even in post-communist countries. This paper uses the data form International Social Survey Programme to provide additional evidence for those findings.
