?:abstract
  • Although the number of people living in absolute poverty is much lower in Europe than in most regions of the world, poverty still remains a key challenge. The key reason for this situation is the stable or increasing, as in the case of most countries, level of relative poverty incidence. The fact that poverty still exists indicates that there are structural problems, in particular those related to less educated people, young people, and, above all, migrants. (xsd:string)
