?:abstract
  • Greeley and Hout attempt to dispel common political and ideological myths about conservative Christians. Some values they explore include conservative Christian voting habits, views on homosexuality, views on abortion, and the theory of evolution. They find that more Christians are now voting based on class and income and supporting Democratic candidates. A large number of conservative Christians (82%) believe in abortion to protect the health of the mother or when the woman has been raped. (xsd:string)
