In the first part, we discuss the functions of the organisation’s personnel policy in relation to disabled employees, we analyse international documents regarding disability management in the workplace, as well as CSR and diversity management issues. In the second part, several key questions are considered, namely: what is a good practice in the field of employment of people with disabilities? Where does it come from? Why is it important for employers, employees and the society at large? We also briefly consider several examples of reports devoted to good practices. (xsd:string)
