?:abstract
  • In this chapter, specific areas of human resources and diversity management are analysed together with related examples of good practices obtained from a research study carried out in 2012–2014. Here, we aim to demonstrate how good practices, most often developed by the employers, serve as a tool for modelling employer policies related to diversity management. We also consider negative consequences of mismanagement of good practices. (xsd:string)
